ER 4200 is the most popular industrial and fully automatic carpet washing machine in our product line. It boasts a maximum carpet width capacity of 4 meters. This allows it to efficiently wash large carpets, such as those measuring 4 by 6, 4 by 8, or 4 by 12 meters. Furthermore, the machine can simultaneously wash two rugs, each 2 meters wide. It also accommodates the washing of three or four carpets of different sizes, as long as the combined width remains within the 4-meter limit.
The ER 4200 is equipped with a minimum of eight disc brushes, comprising four soft and four hard brushes. Consistent with all our machines, it is constructed entirely from 304-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The integrated PLC system provides a high level of automation for the automatic carpet washing machine, with sensors controlling the brushes and rinsing system for seamless operation. The machine incorporates our high-pressure rinsing system, powered by a pump capable of generating up to 150 bar of pressure.
Optional features include a rear cleaning cylindrical brush and a cylindrical brush for surface cleaning, positioned immediately after the disc brushes. The ER 4200 automatic carpet washing machine can also be built with a configuration of twelve disc brushes, consisting of six soft and six hard brushes.
